Support your phone when releasing the clamp. After rotating it, check that the phone remains secure and its charging indicator is still active.

Check Your Phone and Case Compatibility

This mount is designed for Galaxy Z Fold 7/6/5/4 and compatible wireless-charging smartphones. Secure holding and successful charging are separate checks: the phone must fit the clamp, and its charging coil must align with the charging surface.

An unfolded screen does not mean every mounting position will charge. Position the charging-coil side of the phone against the active charging area and confirm charging on the phone.

Bulky hinge protection, thick cases, metal plates and wallet attachments can interfere with clamping or wireless charging. If charging is intermittent, test without the case first.

Choose an Air-Vent or Suction-Cup Installation

Use the air-vent clip where the vent blade and surrounding space allow a secure fit. Alternatively, use the suction-cup arm on a suitable clean, smooth dashboard or windshield surface.

Textured, curved or soft dashboards may not hold the suction cup reliably. Vent shape and blade strength vary by vehicle, so check stability before placing your phone in the mount.

Charging Power and External Power Requirements

Supported charging modes include 7.5W, 10W and up to 15W. These are output modes, not a guarantee that every compatible phone will receive 15W.

Connect the included USB-C to USB-C cable to an appropriate compatible car power adapter. A vehicle's built-in USB port may not supply enough power for faster wireless charging.

After external power is disconnected: stored capacitor energy can operate the clamp and rotation controls. It does not continue charging your phone, and the mount is not a power bank.

Installation and Everyday Use

1. While parked, choose a suitable vent blade or clean, smooth mounting surface.
2. Install the mount, seat the ball joint and tighten the retaining collar.
3. Connect the mount to a compatible external car power supply.
4. Place your phone securely with its charging coil aligned to the charging surface.
5. Check the phone's charging indicator, case clearance and mount stability before driving.

Position the mount clear of your view, vehicle controls and airbag deployment areas. Avoid directing hot air at the phone. Stop using the mount if it moves or cannot grip securely.
