Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://energyfort.cc (the “Website”), including all information, content, features, products, and services made available through the Website.

The Website is operated under the brand name EnergyFort by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. Throughout these Terms, “EnergyFort,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED.

EnergyFort is a brand under SIKAI Global. SIKAI Global is an umbrella brand used for a portfolio of consumer electronics accessory brands and websites. For the purposes of this Website, customer transactions, order administration, payment processing, customer support, and contractual relations are handled by or on behalf of SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, unless expressly stated otherwise.

References to “SIKAI” or “SIKAI Global” do not identify a separate seller unless expressly stated. The legal operator of the EnergyFort Website is SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable consumer-protection law.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country or region.

If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not use the Website or purchase our products for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.

2. Account and Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, contacting us, or placing an order. This includes your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, shipping address, postal code, and other information reasonably required to process and deliver the order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Products and Nature of the Goods

EnergyFort offers charging cables, charging docks, magnetic charging accessories, cable-management accessories, device accessories, mouse accessories, replacement mouse feet, and other related consumer electronic accessories.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, electronic devices shown in product photographs—including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, power adapters, chargers, power banks, watches, game consoles, computers, computer mice, and other equipment—are for demonstration purposes only and are not included.

The exact contents of each purchase are determined by the selected product variant and the “What’s included,” “Package contents,” or equivalent information displayed on the applicable product page.

A charging accessory does not increase the maximum charging power supported by the connected device, charger, cable, or power source. Actual charging performance depends on the complete charging system and the specifications of every connected component.

4. Compatibility and Third-Party Trademarks

Some products are designed for use with particular third-party devices, models, generations, dimensions, charging standards, port types, or connector types.

Before ordering, you must review the product title, compatibility information, model number, generation, dimensions, connector type, power requirements, product photographs, and any “Not compatible with” notice.

A reference to a device brand or model does not mean that every version, generation, regional edition, or similarly named product is compatible. Please contact us before ordering if you are uncertain about compatibility.

Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Razer, Logitech, ASUS, Lenovo, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Steam, UGREEN, Anker, CUKTECH, and other third-party names, logos, product names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party brands and products are used solely to describe the intended compatibility or use of our accessories. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EnergyFort and SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with those third-party trademark owners.

5. Product Specifications and Performance

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, prices, photographs, videos, measurements, and colors are accurate and not misleading.

Charging power, charging time, data-transfer speed, magnetic holding performance, and other performance figures may represent the maximum supported capability under suitable conditions and compatible equipment. Actual performance may vary depending on:

  • The connected device and its supported charging protocol;
  • The power adapter or power source;
  • The cable, connector, and accessory combination;
  • Battery level, temperature, and device power-management settings;
  • Operating-system or firmware limitations;
  • Environmental and usage conditions; and
  • Other components in the charging or data-transfer system.

A product described as supporting a particular maximum wattage does not guarantee that every connected device will charge at that wattage.

Actual color and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, material characteristics, manufacturing tolerances, or production batches. Measurements may be subject to reasonable minor tolerances.

We may update packaging, labels, materials, or minor design details when necessary, provided that the change does not materially reduce the principal function or quality of the product.

If a product received is materially different from its description, your rights will be handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer law that applies to the purchase.

6. Installation and Safe Use

You are responsible for following the product instructions and using each product only for its intended purpose and with compatible equipment.

Before use, inspect the product for visible damage. Do not use a cable, connector, charging accessory, or other product if it is damaged, excessively worn, unusually hot, deformed, exposed to liquid, or operating abnormally.

Keep products away from children where the product or its components may present a choking, strangulation, electrical, or other safety risk.

Do not disassemble, modify, puncture, crush, burn, or expose a product to conditions outside its stated specifications.

Products must not be used in a manner that obstructs ventilation, creates excessive cable tension, damages a charging port, or conflicts with the safety instructions of the connected device manufacturer.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for a defective or unsafe product where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Availability

All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.

We may limit quantities, withdraw a product, or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement proposal or refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

8. Orders and Formation of Contract

Products displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to place an order and are not, by themselves, a binding offer.

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the purchase contract is formed when we accept the order by confirming shipment, dispatching the goods, or otherwise expressly confirming acceptance.

We may reasonably decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability or an inventory discrepancy;
  • An obvious pricing, discount, tax, shipping, or product-information error;
  • Payment failure or inability to obtain payment authorization;
  • Suspected fraud, identity misuse, unauthorized payment, or security risk;
  • An incomplete, invalid, restricted, or undeliverable address;
  • Suspected unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, or promotion abuse;
  • Legal, regulatory, sanctions, export-control, or carrier restrictions; or
  • Another legitimate reason that makes fulfilment unlawful or impracticable.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the bank or payment provider.

9. Prices and Pricing Errors

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Website or determined by the applicable Shopify market. Currency conversion may be performed by Shopify, a payment provider, or another authorized service.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, currency-conversion, or system error, we may contact you before accepting the order. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled, the amount collected will be refunded.

Nothing in this section permits misleading pricing practices or limits any rights available under applicable law.

10. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Charges

Applicable taxes and shipping charges collected by us will be shown during checkout where technically available.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other government charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, the customer is responsible for destination-country import charges. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may lawfully be imported into and used in the destination country.

11. Payment

Available payment methods may vary according to country, region, currency, device, order value, and payment-provider availability.

Payments may be processed by Shopify, card networks, digital-wallet providers, PayPal, Airwallex, or other authorized third-party payment providers. The availability of a payment method does not mean that it will be available for every customer or transaction.

SIKAI Global Payment Processing: EnergyFort is part of SIKAI Global and this Website is operated by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED. For operational, payment-processing, reconciliation, fraud-prevention, refund, settlement, and merchant-account purposes, payments made through EnergyFort and other SIKAI Global brand websites may be processed centrally by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED or through merchant accounts operated by this company for SIKAI Global.

This centralized payment arrangement does not change the identity of the operator of this Website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED is the merchant entity responsible for transactions made through EnergyFort.

Depending on the payment provider and payment method, your card statement, bank record, PayPal transaction record, digital-wallet record, or other payment record may display SIKAI, SIKAI Global, SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, EnergyFort, or the applicable payment provider.

If you do not recognize a transaction or wish to confirm which SIKAI Global brand order a charge relates to, please contact energyfort@sikaiglobal.com with your order number and relevant transaction information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The information provided is accurate;
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method; and
  • You authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charges.

Transactions may be subject to authorization, identity verification, fraud screening, sanctions screening, card-security checks, and additional authentication such as 3-D Secure.

A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, or held by the issuing bank, payment provider, card network, or fraud-prevention system. We do not control decisions made independently by those providers.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every payment method. A payment service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security checks, technical incidents, provider restrictions, or regulatory review.

12. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Orders are processed and shipped according to our current Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Processing and delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays, weather, natural events, transportation disruption, remote-area delivery, security inspections, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address problem is identified before dispatch, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Risk of loss or damage passes as determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer law.

If tracking shows an exception, failed delivery, or request to contact the local carrier, the customer should promptly follow the carrier’s instructions and notify us if assistance is required.

13. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, exchanges, defective-item claims, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You should inspect the products promptly after delivery. If an item is incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To investigate a claim, we may reasonably request:

  • The order number;
  • Photographs or video of the product and packaging;
  • The shipping label;
  • The connected device, charger, adapter, or equipment model;
  • Compatibility and usage information; and
  • Other information reasonably required to verify the issue.

Refunds approved by us will normally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for a refund to appear is controlled by the bank or payment provider after we submit it.

For consumers located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits that mandatory right. Where such laws apply, they take priority over any inconsistent provision in our store policies.

14. Product Warranty

Eligible products may be covered by our Warranty Policy, subject to its stated period, conditions, exclusions, and claim requirements.

Unless required by applicable law, the limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration;
  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage;
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or removal;
  • Use with an incompatible device, charger, model, port, or connector;
  • Use beyond the stated electrical or mechanical specifications;
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair;
  • Damage caused by liquids, excessive heat, fire, corrosive substances, or unsuitable conditions;
  • Damage caused by excessive pulling, bending, crushing, or impact;
  • Loss of the product or connected device; or
  • Damage to third-party equipment not caused by a proven defect in our product.

The limited warranty is additional to, and does not replace, statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Acceptable Use of the Website

You must not use the Website:

  • For an unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purpose;
  • To violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
  • To submit false, deceptive, or unauthorized information;
  • To transmit malware, viruses, harmful code, or disruptive material;
  • To interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
  • To obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • To collect or misuse personal information;
  • To bypass security, fraud-prevention, access-control, or purchase-limit measures;
  • To use bots or automated tools in a manner that disrupts the Website;
  • To place orders using stolen or unauthorized payment information; or
  • To reproduce or commercially exploit Website content without authorization.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights have been violated.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content—including text, photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, logos, product presentations, page layouts, manuals, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal shopping and product-support purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

17. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it;
  • It reflects your genuine experience where presented as a review;
  • It is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading;
  • It does not contain malicious code or unauthorized personal information; and
  • It does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, and display the submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting our business and products.

We may decline or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights. We are not obligated to publish every submission.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, shipping carriers, social-media services, and external websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, or practices of third parties, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute our endorsement of that website or all content available through it.

19. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you agree that we may send transactional communications necessary to administer your order, including order confirmations, payment notices, shipping updates, delivery notices, security messages, and customer-service responses.

Transactional communications are separate from marketing communications. Where required by law, marketing messages will be sent only with the appropriate consent, and recipients may unsubscribe using the method provided.

20. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. Temporary interruption may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, hosting issues, payment-provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis. However, nothing in these Terms excludes any express product commitment, statutory guarantee, or mandatory consumer right.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded;
  • Wilful misconduct or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited;
  • Breach of a mandatory statutory consumer right; or
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

For losses relating to a particular order, and where a limitation is legally permitted, our aggregate liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply only to the extent that they are fair, reasonable, and enforceable under applicable law. They do not reduce any mandatory remedy available to a consumer.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses directly resulting from your unlawful use of the Website, deliberate violation of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not apply to the extent that a claim was caused by our own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or failure to comply with a mandatory legal obligation.

23. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, war, civil unrest, government action, customs action, carrier disruption, labour dispute, interruption of utilities or communications, cyberattack, or failure of a third-party platform or payment system.

This section does not remove any right to a refund or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If performance becomes impossible or is delayed for an unreasonable period, we will take reasonable steps to contact affected customers and provide an appropriate remedy.

24. Sanctions and Export Controls

Products and services may be subject to trade sanctions, export controls, customs restrictions, and import laws.

We may refuse or cancel an order if processing or fulfilling it would violate applicable law or a lawful restriction imposed by a payment provider, carrier, or government authority.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, technology, business practices, payment arrangements, or legal obligations. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes apply from the date of publication and do not retroactively remove rights associated with an order already accepted.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

27. No Waiver

A delay or failure by either party to enforce a right under these Terms does not waive that right. A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is given.

28. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an accepted order without our consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, merger, sale, or transfer of business, provided that doing so does not reduce your mandatory consumer rights or materially prejudice an accepted order.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable product page, order confirmation, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the relevant purchase.

If there is a conflict, mandatory law takes priority. After that, any specific written term agreed for an order takes priority over a general provision in these Terms.

30. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us and provide the relevant order number and details so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws, the courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase made through the Website.

If you are a consumer, this governing-law clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws or the right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under the applicable laws of your country or region.

31. Language

These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience.

If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
