At EnergyFort, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or when additional order verification is required.
Fulfillment Location
EnergyFort orders are fulfilled from our China-based fulfillment center.
Although EnergyFort may operate through a Hong Kong business entity, the actual order fulfillment and shipment may be handled from our fulfillment center in mainland China.
Shipping Regions
EnergyFort supports international shipping to selected countries and regions.
If your location is unavailable during checkout, it may mean that shipping is not currently supported for that destination.
Shipping Fee
We currently offer free shipping to supported countries and regions, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country or region, shipping method, customs processing, and local logistics conditions.

EnergyFort is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or customer-provided shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed package, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
