You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories when possible.

Return Eligibility

Return requests may be accepted when the product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or significantly different from the item ordered.

Products that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or damage caused by incompatible devices may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Damage caused by misuse: including pulling, bending, dropping, overheating, liquid exposure, or improper use.
  • Incorrect product selection: including choosing the wrong connector type, length, plug type, or device version.
  • Normal wear and tear: including cosmetic marks from daily use.
  • Missing items: returns with missing accessories, packaging, or parts may be rejected or partially refunded.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, product name, photos or videos of the issue, and a short description of the problem. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

Replacement

If a product arrives defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement depending on the issue, product availability, and order details.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for return. If the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect, we will provide a suitable solution after reviewing the case.

If the return is caused by personal preference, wrong product selection, or an issue not caused by the product itself, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
