What is included, and do I need to replace the original cover?
The kit includes one EnergyFort Qi charging module, one Qi charging pad and the USB cable listed above. Remove the original cover and install the supplied module in a listed compatible Logitech mouse. The original cover is not this Qi module. Mouse and wall charger are not included.
Is the module a removable battery, and how much does it weigh?
The module contains no battery; it enables charging with a compatible Qi charger. Its approximate 5.4 g weight is the module’s own weight, not the net weight added after removing the original cover.
Does it work with POWERPLAY or charge while I move the mouse?
No. This kit is not compatible with Logitech POWERPLAY. Charge with the mouse parked over the Qi pad’s charging area, such as between gaming sessions. It does not charge continuously across a gaming surface.
Can I use a Qi phone charger I already own?
A suitable Qi charger may work when its coil can align with the installed module, but not every physical charger layout is guaranteed to fit. The included EnergyFort pad is the intended matched setup.
How do I align the mouse on the included pad?
Use the printed circular guide on the EnergyFort pad. Align the rear of the mouse with the edge of the marked area as shown in the product images, then check charging status in G HUB. Correct placement matters.
Why is the mouse light off or charging paused below 100%?
On the compatible Logitech setups described here, the mouse indicator may remain dark during bottom-module charging. Check Logitech G HUB rather than the LED alone. EnergyFort has observed charging pauses around 80–90%; the exact level varies and is not a guaranteed cutoff for every model or configuration.
Does the 10W specification promise a 10W mouse charge or a fixed charging time?
No. It describes the charging setup’s stated wireless capability, not a guaranteed power delivered to the mouse battery. Actual performance depends on the mouse, module, alignment and power source. No fixed full-charge time is promised.
What should I check if it does not charge?
Confirm the exact model, module seating, pad power and coil alignment. Compare direct cable charging to help isolate the problem. If charging still fails or you notice unusual heat or damage, stop using the setup and contact EnergyFort with your model, charger details and photos.
